Cancellation Policy

Much to the owners’ dislike, 9210 Studios adheres to a strict cancellation policy.

A no show will be subjected to 100% of the appointment fee prior to rebooking.

A cancellation made within less than 24 hours will be subject to 50% of the appointment fee prior to rebooking.
